The food here is amazing! A lot of healthy choices! They also have pastries that are out of this world (not as healthy, Lol) staff is great. If you haven't been here it's a must try! They make everything fresh, so expect a little bit of a wait but it is definitely worth it!

The worst customer service!! Only this Kneaders have I had problems with. Janelle their GM is horrible! Long story short my delivery order was wrong. She wasn't doing anything to try and help the problem until I asked to speak to her. Then she advised that I would need to contact DoorDash for a refund, which was wrong! After chatting with DD for 20 minutes and being told that I paid Kneaders directly and need to contact them for a refund I called Kneaders back and spoke with Anna. Anna who said she was a manager under Janelle and would be able to help me. Which she was and Anna is the only reason I gave this review two stars instead of the one I was going to leave. Anna was able to get everything taken care of in a very professional manner. I'm thinking Anna should take over the GM position and Janelle should go back to through training.

Did an online order last night. Picked it up and got it home, it was the wrong order. Took it back and made sure our order was correct. Got home an hour and a half later. The bread on the sandwich was dry, the lettuce in the salad was not good, there was only five pieces of chicken in my salad, they left the cranberry off my mother's turkey cranberry sandwich. For our trouble we were offered an apology and a cookie. I am sorry, that just doesn't cut it. We have loved Kneaders since our son took us to the original Orem location when he was in college. This is not our first bad experience at this location but it will be our last. I plan to get my salads in the future from Salad and Go where I have never gotten an wrong order, bad lettuce and they give you lots of meat! All that for a third less. You should have comped the meal, your final mistake.

Drive through was sooo soooo slow. No cars In front of us and it took 20 minutes... had to come back twice once because the messed up an order. And then again because they ran out of bread.....nI used to work at a Kneaders. It made me mad and sad to see how poorly they handled the whole situation.nnWe only ordered 3 sandwiches... nothing special.

The food was good, but felt some discrimination on my last visit. My visit was 04/03/21 at 1pm and I took my family to eat here in Queen Creek. There was this Easter event kind of thing going on for kids. Get an egg and get a prize. Well my wife and kid was already inside waiting for me about a minute or so. Than when I walked in there I held the door for a family of 5 who happened to be caucasian. As soon as they walked in an employee walks to this family excited talking about this event and give the kids an egg. Waiting to order my son look at them and the employee as she gave them the plastic egg. Completely ignoring my son. After we ordered she finally walked to my son talking about the event, but with little to no excitement in her voice than walked away. That was the extent of her interaction with my son. The whole time we sat there eating our meal she was full on interacting with that other family until we left. Until we left the last interaction with us was only to say bye in a monotone voice. If you haven't figured we are not caucasian family. I am not blaming the company because they don't control their employees emotions and actions, but this was the first time where I felt discriminated against. Like I said the food was decent, but other than that this experience is going to question about even going to this place again.
