I would highly recommend a visit and working with Dave. He went far beyond what I was expecting. I am someone who knew nothing about pianos and was trying to get my wife a Christmas gift. Dave was a wealth of knowledge and made the process simple and pressure free. Very straightforward.
Dave Despain is probably the most thoughtful, kind, no pressure and knowledgeable salesperson I’ve met. He indulged me by digging into the minutia between the CLP 735 and 745 and answered questions hours of online research could not answer. I feel like he is an old friend.
Piano Gallery in Orem was wonderful to work with. I was looking to downsize and found the perfect digital piano with headphones so only I listen when I play. Joe was good natured and our business transition went very smoothly. I recommend highly recommend Piano Gallery in Orem for all your piano needs.
Great place: professional, honest and no hard sale. I bought a used baby grand. Two people who helped me (Dave and Jeff) were both really nice to interact with and made the purchase experience fun. I'm only learning how to play, so it was critical for me to have someone who can give the right advice and doesn't take advantage of my ignorance.
