Kayla is amazing. She goes the extra mile and really makes you feel specialud83dudc95 There is never awkward silence or a dull moment with her! My hair feels so much healthier and softer, even after a bleaching!

We won't be back. We made an appointment weeks in advance and we're told to be on time. We were and had to wait 45 minutes. The pedicure was horrible. Limited polish selection. The polish was dried and clumpy. My child could have drawn a straighter line and done a better job. The nail tech McKinsie said she has worked here for 20 years. Wow! She has had that much practice and she is still that bad????
So I personally have not been to this salon but I always check reviews before considering a business and I just couldn't help but say I get that you want to give appreciation and thanks to your satisfied cliental but a better business outlook and to continue to build feature cliental would be to acknowledge the customers that left unsatisfied and let it be known your awareness of there bad experience sympathize and maybe offer a discount and better experience and try giving them the experience they paid for the first time. To me that makes more sense then going in and acknowledging only the customers that got what every single customer should if if gotten which is Excellent Customer service. So my review however you choose to seek is simply that treat all your customer the same and at least try reaching out to those who left unsatisfied.
This place is incredible! The people here are very friendly and their atmosphere is beyond comfortable. Lisa is the one who did my hair and I loved her every second while I was here. She made me feel comfortable enough to trust her on how she did my hair and she did not disappoint! Very glad to be recommended to this place, as I do not know how anyone could have had a negative experience. Will be coming here from now on!
