First time float, And how I wish I found this long ago. Been going though tons of stress with life and work,lots of sore muscles from all my activities, and my mind was always constantly racing. After I got done with my first experience I felt whole again and mind at ease. Wow this is a game changer for me!

I loved going to i-float sensations when I lived in the Ogden area! It was a fantastic service that was worth every penny. The space was clean and inviting, and the atmosphere was perfect. I signed up for a recurring subscription where I had access to float twice monthly and could roll over unused floats when things got crazy busy. This was what kept me going through stressful weeks and months at my new job.nnThey had amazing customer service and were always willing to go above and beyond if you had to reschedule or had some other issue, and I really appreciated it. Their employees were so easy to work with!nnYou might be wondering why, if this is all true, I've left them a review with only one star? I moved out of the area as of last month and would no longer be able to keep my monthly membership, and called on July 31 at 12:22pm to inform them and cancel the recurring charge. I was informed this would not be a problem at all, and that they really appreciated my business thus far while wishing me the best for the future. All good, right?nnTo get to the point: they are still charging me for the monthly membership I was told had been cancelled on 7/31. I'd be happy to recommend their establishment to anyone in the Ogden area who experiences stress, muscle pain, or insomnia, but as long as they keep attempting to take money for a cancelled subscription, I can't do so. I'm happy to revise my recommendation in the future if/when things change.

I went and tried my first float for overall stress relief and wellness—and I loved it! Staff was great. I felt amazing, and will definitely be back!
