Motel was clean, well staffed with plenty of creature comforts like fresh fruit and K cup coffee drinks. This place is situated in a great location and is well built with quiet rooms. The rooms are furnished with nice beds. They are stylishly laid out. The Breakfast was save and well stocked with take away food that you can enjoy in your room. This is a really nice motel!

I went to the front desk around 7pm on 12/21 to request towels and face clothes. The front desk clerk was just staring at the computer when I arrived. When I asked for the items, she gave me every excuse as to why she couldn't give me towels. First, she said she could have housekeeping bring me towels the next day. I asked her what she suggested our family do until then. Then she said she could give me towels today but in the future I needed to request them from housekeeping. I asked her how long it would be until I got the towels. She said a couple of hours because she couldn't leave the front desk. I told her she didn't have to bring them to the room...I could carry them up myself. Then she told me the towels were upstairs and she was very busy (even though I was the only guest at the front desk at that time). I told her my 5 year old needed to take a bath to settle down for bed so if she could get them sooner it would be very helpful. She finally agreed to deliver the towels in the next few minutes. About 3 minutes after I returned to my room, I heard a quick knock on the door. When I opened the door, a stack of towels and rags were outside the door on the floor and the clerk was nowhere to be seen! The clerk didn't have the decency to hand the towels to me... And decided it was a good idea to leave clean towels in a dirty hallway.

The photo of the building is not right in case you are wondering. Best breakfast I've seen during COVID-19 times - that's compared to two other Holiday Inn Express stays elsewhere. The two-room setup is perfect for a skiing family.
