Needed some tech support for my iPhone 11pro and the attendant was super nice and accommodating as he could be. There is a marked line and 2 temperature takers before anyone is allowed to enter the store. I appreciate the extreme efforts made to ensure customer and employee safety. Hopefully one day soon we will be able to enjoy going into the stores freely with out any worries.
Helped me purchase an iPhone 12 Pro Max with ease! I love Apple as a whole but I do think the process with the in the store experience could be refined in some ways.
I'm really disappointed with Apples customer service and product. I have called this store and Apple Care with no help at all. They just want you to make an appointment. I wanted to support local business and buy a replacement battery they would not give me a price on a battery. They want me to make an appointment. I'm not driving 30 mins to see what the price is. By the way Mac book pro batteries fail often and when they do they often swell or explode damaging the laptop it's self. Bye Bye Apple......
After driving an hour to get there, we were turned away on my wife's birthday to purchase an Apple watch because we didn't have an appointment. The employee at the door was more interested in enforcing the rules despite the store looking quite empty. They clearly didn't care at all. We drove home empty handed but I guess that's what Apple wanted our experience to be.....because they know best.
