Had my first visit here today for a quick lunch time scalp and shoulders massage. The place has a great layout and is very comfortable and inviting as soon as you walk in. The nap bar is a cool concept and was very relaxing. I have to give a shout out to Paige Tatem who did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her. She was able to work out all my neck and shoulder tension in a quick 20 minute session. I have to add the O2 option is a must. It added to the overall experience and relaxation.
I have never been so relaxed. Amy is incredible at what she does and her therapeutic and diagnostic massages have helped me to release muscle groups I didn’t even know I had. The space is beautiful and relaxing and unlike anything in Reno. I tried their Hydrating IV Cleanse and it was great for bringing down inflammation and improving my migraines. The staff is incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable. I will be coming back with a napping buddy (they have a nap bar and an oxygen bar)! I highly suggest spending the day here or even just a rejuvenating lunch break. Thank you, Breathe Bar!
It has been a long time since I have walked into a place that enveloped me in calm and infused me with peace. A true gem of Reno, the staff is welcoming and friendly. I highly suggest you visit and get some quality rest and relaxation.

Had the 20 minute scalp and shoulder massage with oxygen. Such a rejuvenating mid day experience. I would do it daily if I could (I don’t live in the area).
