I had a terrific experience with this spa. Crystal gave me a great prenatal massage since I am almost seven months pregnant . I also have a six year old who was in the hotel room with my husband so this was a great get away. I was very achy and grouchy.nHowever I left feeling happy , not in pain, and relaxed . The oils were good and smelt amazing . I highly recommend Crystal and the spa . I was most impressed with Crystal's professionalism and checking in during the massage making sure the pressure was to my liking. Next time I visit Reno I will definitely be back for more services.

I booked an appointment for my daughter they tell me to show up 15 minutes before I’m there 20 & the hotel where they are located instead of asking are you here to get service at the spa they are calling security & telling me there’s a lot of people & they feel uncomfortable coz I’m standing there all tatted up & waiting for my daughter's appointment that I already paynnShame on this premises they have no respect for paying costumer & are not professional all you had to do is ask not to make a big deal & feel me & my daughter uncomfortable

Had the Silver Legacy special massage, nails and hair done. Everything and everyone was wonderful!!!! The products they used were phenomenal and everyone was pleasant and professional. The facilities were state of the art and Chrystal had me in a zen state by the end of my massage. I highly recommend it and enjoyed it.

Statf are professionals and very friendly. The view from outside of their pool and spa is awesome. Will definitely come back for their packages!
