So so nice and Relaxing. I Loved My Experience, They Made me Feel Comfortable, Especially Never Having Had a Massage Before, I Was a Little Nervous about Being Undressed. But the Staff from Beginning to End Was Incredibly Sweet, Never Rushed Me And Made Sure I Was Comfortable.

I booked the ultimate pamper package online . I was so excited to do this , especially since I had never spent that kind of time for myself before. I showed up early and filled out my paper work. The therapist came and got me and she communicated well and the treatment was good . I got dressed and then was lead to their lounge. While I was sitting and waiting for my facial lady I noticed there was a guest that received a robe and Sandler and didn’t have to carry her things around with her. Now you would think that after spending 355 dollars I wouldn’t either.nI then went back and got my facial and she was very helpful and friendly.nI was a little confused still about whether or not I receiving the right package and she assurenMe I was .nAfter the facial I was then walked up to the front to check out( an hour early) . I asked them why I received no wine, chocolates,robe or anything and why I was leaving an hour early. He said because I booked online it didn’t book the full amount of time so they didn’t have time to do the full amount of time for everything.. he comped my 20$ Upgrade and gave me a coupon for next time.. how is that my fault? If your having those issues, the. Don’t allow the packages to be booked online!!!!! I spent 355$ and didn’t even get what I went for .. I was looking forward to this but it was super disappointing!!!! I will never go back to an establishment that rips people off!!! I am in the massage industry and I would never let my client walk away unhappy!!!!

Under construction still, but will be beautiful when finished. Great staff can't wait to go back!

Tried surprising my wife here. Paid online got notifications including an email verifying the date, time of our appt. not only did they not reach out like they said they did but also said they couldn’t see us that day since we were not on the schedule. I even got an appt reminder yesterday. Before all of this crazy, we got there early like it asked only to find out it was the wrong location which they failed to communicate to us. We didn’t even get a massage and will not be going back to this place.

I do not recommend coming here if you plan to use the Spa Finder gift cards; when I went checkout they would only allow me to use one spa finder ($50)The spa finders were gifted to me (Costco sells 2 $50) It's pretty crummy when you think someone gifted you a massage but you end up having to pay for the majority out of pocket. When I contested this with the manager Melissa she commented that she wished they would get rid of spa finder, making me feel unwelcome or like I was asking for a handout. She then tried to call me later telling me she wanted to make things right and if I would come back she would give me and my husband a great price on a couples massage. I told her you had your opportunity to make things right when I was standing in front of you in your day spa. Don't call me after I called to get your name to write my review. If you value your customers you should show them that while they are in your presence.
