The owner personally gave my wife and I the same attention for our 1 chair need that he gives to large clients with contracts. Although we did our online research and were leaning towards the aeron, he thoroughly showed us both the aeron and the embody chairs that we were considering and, because of that, we ultimately chose the embody. Since, we have now received the chair and she is very happy with her choice. The ordering and arrival of the chair were smooth and we saved a lot of $ rather than going through Herman Miller itself or retailers. Will definitely be ordering at least 1 more chair for myself in the future.
Working with Henriksen Butler has been a privilege. Marcia has provided an excellent level of customer service. Her talent, professionalism, and warm personality have made my job of redesigning our offices a joy! I highly recommend!
