Decent customer service. Lack of relevant inventory at the store.
Karen was very helpful and friendly. I've been looking at purchasing a new sectional sofa and she showed me the different options and went thru fabric samples with me. She told me about the sale prices but wasn't pushy at all. Karen was very relaxed and knowledgeable.
