Reno vibes...decent mid-mod furniture.
The GM of this place and/or this building is a God awful human being and I highly recommend never supporting his business. I feel bad for any of the tenants here. Even if you were having a bad day, it's still no excuse to threaten to call the cops and verbally abuse someone for a simple misunderstanding about the parking. Shameful performance of human decency.
Susan from the Reno location went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service despite the hustle and bustle for cyber Monday. She resolved my issue over the phone in less than 5 minutes after I failed to get a customer service agent trough general number.
Best West Elm in the most unique and artistic lovation with amazing customer service and gorgeous home decor. Simply fabulous!!
The staff here was super friendly and helpful. They knew exactly where everything was and even helped me pick out which one would go best with my design. So happy I walked in here!!!!!
