I went to this location for the first time today and I am very sad that I have never been here before. The building layout is gorgeous, the showroom floor is gorgeous, perfect for all of the furniture. I definitely will be back at their new location soon. The prices seem a bit steep but overall the quality looks to match so I'm not upset about that.
Scandinavian Designs has furnished almost every room of the new home to some extent. We are most happy with the customer service received in our shopping forays. The communication has been clear and the timing of deliveries as stated. As we lounge in our two reclining multi sectional leather sofas, it is a joy to watch tv. The advice from one of the sales people (Ilya) in Reno accentuated our desire to buy more elements from the wall decor to the side tables; we've come back to buy a leather pull out sofa and expect our guests will be delighted. Our experience here has been top notch.
Great experience from the moment we walked in with not having to deal with pressure or awkward salespeople following us. When we were finally ready to make our decision the process was quick and straight forward not to mention they had the best prices for the bunk bed and sofa set we had been comparing to other furniture stores. Will definitely shop here again. Special Kudos to the delivery crews that delivered everything quickly and were very friendly.
