The store was very clean and well represented with product. Our sales associate, Ariana Garcia was very informative and helpful. Ariana made the process of selecting to purchase extremely easy. She was well informed on all the different shipping dates as well. Being new customers and our first time in the store, she also took the time to introduce us to the store manager who was equally as friendly. Great place to shop.

Great place, great service. Anna Guevarra provided an excellent service. Very professional. Alfredo at the cashier counter also provided an excellent service as well. He went above and beyond to assist and he provided necessary discounts that we were not even aware of. He made our visit a very pleasant one serving with a smile. He’s fun to converse with. Great customers service overall.

I went in yesterday to buy a new mattress. I love that store. It’s so huge and they have so much to choose from. The salesman that helped me was so great! His name is Kristopher Bailey. He was so helpful and patient. If you need a new mattress definitely go ask for this guy!

The sales process was very pleasant. We bought furniture and appliances and worked with two salesmen. Both were very pleasant to work with. All was going well until delivery time was scheduled. We were given a day to approve but could not be given a window of time. We were told we would get an e mail or text sometime after 7:00 P.M. with the time window. If that time did not work, we can call before 8:00 to reschedule. Our window was 7:15 to 9:15 A.M. I called to let customer service know that early would not work and was told the next Friday was the earliest delivery could be scheduled. I went to the store to discuss delivery time and was told a computer schedules the time and nothing could be done about it. I have never seen a situation where a computer decision could not be modified to please a customer. I believe it is not a circumstance where nothing can be done but will not be done. This tells me their delivery division does not care about customer convenience.

I walked in and I was quite amazed with the size of the store. It is quite huge.nEmployees acknowledged your presence and asked if I needed any help. Once I stated, I’m just browsing they left me to do just that.nWe were pleased with the furniture and purchased a leather sectional.nWe were assisted by Erik (Reno store) whom was very knowledgeable and polite. It was a quick process and I believe I will be back again.
