I do not recommend this bus service. They wanted to see if someone was home like they didn't want to leave me home alone. They also send whatever vehicle they want to. I can't get them to send only a van. I'm tired of the bus.

I don't know what I would do without Access Ride Service. I appreciate them VERY MUCH!! Everyone has been nice so far and that means ALOT to me!!nTHANK YOU ACCESS!!

Very poor service. I only cancelled one way ride then they cancelled both, and when i speaked to their manager she only says “i dont know” plus the male staff is very arrogant.

Have doc appt. &it snowed,how long have u been in business. Should have figured it out. My u-p was 8:45 a to go to st Mary's at sharyland by 9:45. But at 9:05 called access & cuz of snow there are a hour late!!! What do I tell my doc??? Well sorry, it's snowing. Well come sooner then. This seems to happen a lot with u Foles. More times than not.

They are very racist. They went as far as to cut off access to Sun Valley after midnight only because they found out Black people often work Swing shift and some live in Sun Valley.nnIf you work evenings and live in sun Valley, you're held prisoner in downtown with access only to casinos. You have to wait until 5 for the next bus but you can't wait on the property. They only do this because they hate Black people!
