Washoe county ulilitity office in reno very very poor customer service this is a business hours 9 to 5 never answer the phone all times of day leave messages finally call back after many hours this office is being paid by reno customers millions of dollars so answer the phone when people call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's difficult to rate an operation so I'll go with middle of the road. Like every other organization there are good employees and there are bad employees. When the bad employees are at the top of the heap they make it hard for the good employees to function to their full capacity. Overall I have reservations about motivations since it all, unfortunately, seems to be about money. I do wish we were ALL more fiscally responsible.
