They go out of their way to not do their job the phone line is super annoying and will have you go through hoops to connect and will disconnect without an operators help ...... calling is basically useless if your a male expect to be treated like a 2nd hand citizen also we should take steps to replace this whole department with ppl that are actually willing to do the job we keep these ppl employed to have them think they can work at the leisure they choose ....

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The staff is horribly rude and they couldn't care less about the financial well being of the person paying. Now they garnish stimulus checks. The whole child support system needs to be reevaluated and this place needed needs a new staff.

My caseworker is cwen. She's awful. My kids father hasn't paid child support in months and she won't do anything about it

I was always happy with my case working she always called back and she was proactive with the info she gave! The front office staff can use a makeover!

Communication is TERRIBLE!!!!!! They don't care about you, won't even try to work with you. Everyone says don't judge a book by its cover. Well this place does the second your name crosses the table, and it's in their hands. So disrespectful, and rude.
