This isn't really a motel, it's low income housing. About half the rooms have been rented to the same people for over a year. This is a place where people who get a job in Reno will come and stay for a few months until they are able to get back on their feet and get a better place. If you are interested in trying to stay here you need to call 2-3 months before hand and get on the waiting list, they usually don't have any available rooms.

There was bed bugs some homeless dude was yelling at 2 am for no reason in the parking lot i can't with this area please tare it down for the sake of the children

Very caring management that is willing to work with you and fix issues and my husband and I have lived in Reno,nv on an off for 5 years and this is the best place yet an the price is perfect
