Our stay was horrible. We where put in room 204. My mom wanted that room because it was a suite and it was a couple of us. The bathroom was nice. What they didn’t tell us that the AC was not working . While we where in room 204 I had a drink out of a cup from the dishwasher, and I used the bar of soap that was in our bathrooms. We walked down to the lobby because the phones in 204 didn’t work. They said that they would move us to another suite because we where unhappy. Which was nice of them. We got to the next room which was room 202 and it was gross. There was red and brown stains on the floors and the walls. We looked out of the “living room” window and there was baby diapers and beer bottles on the patio. We smelt something weird. So we started opening cabinets. THE TRASH WAS OVERFLOWING. During a pandemic that’s not want I really want to see. So we got switched back to the first room. We noticed that my cup was gone so we looked in the dishwasher. IT HAD MY LIPSTICK ON IT AND THE DISH WASHER WASNT ON. The soap I also used was still there. Like they didn’t try to hide it. They said that we would get we would get enough points to get two free nights with them or a sister hotel and we never did.

Krista was great at the front desk.nnThe room was comfortable and having a small kitchen really helped with meals. The breakfast was convenient.nnSmelling the marijuana from other rooms was neither cozy nor comfy, but I guess that's what I get and I can find an air bnb that is smoke free.nnThe pool was great for my family.

It looks nice. Tried to do laundry and the dryer didn't dry very well. Weight room is okay. The room is nice. Prices for snacks is outrageous. Staff is great.

I enjoyed my stay there! Room was clean and had wonderful touches that made me feel at home. I have some more visits to Reno to take in the near future, and I will be choosing this Staybridge again...

This a very friendly, clean, family oriented place. A place where all staff are nice friendly, very hard working and very helpful. You will enjoy your stay.
