I have been seeing Cassie for 5 years now and she has kept me from having to have surgery on my spine. I first came to her I could not raise my arms, she has worked on me and has kept the pain and numbness down to a minimum. I highly recommend Cassie.
I got a massage from 4 Essential Balance with Cassie and she did a great job. I work in a high stress management job and she helped massage my neck and shoulders so that they are more relaxed. Her office is nice and clean and very peaceful. She is friendly, patient and kind. I endorse her business. I thinks she is great!
Before seeing Cassie I could hardly raise my arms. After several treatments I now can raise my arms straight above my head and stretch out with no problems and no pain. Essential is definitely a word that fits here. 4 Essential Balance is essential to my well being.
Cassie is an excellent massage therapist. I have recurrent issues from an old automobile accident and she really helps relieve the associated neck/back and leg pain and helps extend my limited range of motion. I highly recommend her for all your massage and therapy needs!
