Receiving guy is very nice. Parking on street, in and out in an hour. This is driver unload facility or you can pay lumper and they will unload it.
Receiver is very Nice, you have option to unload yourself or hire a lumper. Truck can park on the street. unload only by appointments.
Always friendly!
If you have never delivered here before like me it's a driver unload, be prepared to unload your own truck, the broker will not tell you this, and back in from the street it's easier. The receiving guy is really nice and will give you an electric jack to use.
