Today, a young couple spent over 10 minutes at the checkout counter trying to decide what they wanted for lunch, while filling out the Name of Sandwich form. They were disagreeing with each other, and were very inconsiderate considering I was standing behind them waiting to pick up ordered lunches, while four other people waited to check out with their goodies. The staff employee stood there waiting for them to decide, and could've ask them to step aside and fill out the form while she checked out the other customers; probably wasn't properly trained in good customer service techniques. I love the products at this store, but there needs to be more effective and efficient customer service practices implemented.

A few months back we had seen this shop while passing by but the farmers market out front was going on and it looked busy, so we didn't stop. Today, we we're back out that way, and we decided to stop in. Walking in, we were hit with an aroma of fresh bread and were quickly greeted. They asked if it was our first time in, we said yes, and we got a small tour of how the shop works, and plenty of samples. We bought a sourdough cheddar loaf, a buttermilk loaf, and a pumpkin loaf. We have vowed off store bought bread and are now loyal customers based off the quality of the bread and the customer service. I would highly recommend stopping by, if not but just for the experience. They also have a reward program for frequent shoppers.

Wow. This place is amazing. Smells absolutely incredible walking in the door. All kinds of delicious, fresh made bread at good prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I both got sandwiches, him a bacon, egg and cheddar croissant that he loved. I had a turkey, bacon, pepperjack un bagel with the most delicious red pepper mayonnaise that sent that sandwich into the stratosphere of amazing flavor. They had great social distancing measures in place to make you feel safe. Overall a great Reno find. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic breads! I got the sourdough cheese and garlic. I also got a cinnamon roll, it is more brown sugar based. Lots of crusty brown sugar, only a little icing drizzle on top. I prefer more icing, less sugar. The sandwiches are very good tasting but basic. The bread for the sandwiches is cut very thick. I got the rye bread for a roast beef sandwich and I loved the bread.

We stopped by here to grab some lunch to go. Had a breakfast sandwich and a cranky turkey sandwich. Both were very good. The turkey was huge! Also picked up a loaf of 13 grain bread and a loaf of pumpkin bread too. You can order online for pickup or for delivery. If you order in person you must wear a mask and the number of people inside is limited for safety. There are tables outside if you want to eat your food there.
