This Aaron's is a lot better than the older ones because in the past their interest is skyrocketed and now is lot better. I'm so happy and really want to buy more stuff.

The lady there was nice and had great customer service. We had some issues with the online deal they had for the holidays and we went into the store and they honored the deal, even though it was a online only deal. I highly recommend going here for your furniture and electronic needs. They also have awesome payment plans.

So happy with our experience here! We ordered a couch and found out it didn’t fit. They were so willing to work w us and found us a couch that fit the same day. Everyone at this store are amazing, i didn’t catch any names but it’s nice having a company who cares about you! Thanks everyone

This is a continuation from previous review that got cut off... When I called to I inquire about the assembly policy the sales mgr aplogized and said they were supposed to setup the bed for me. I told her that I wanted to confirm the bed I received was the one I ordered. I told her that it was important to me because I wanted the air cooling feature. It was important. She said she remembered me mentioning that but the one she ordered was not that one so it ended up not being the one I gave the SKU for. She told me that because of the mess she could give me the deal because of everything I'd put up with, so instead of 24mos I would only pay 18mos for $105/mo but the one I wanted was a premier bed and wouldn't be able to give me a deal. This was a deal she promised me before she knew the bed that was ordered wasn't the one I wanted. I told her I'd think it over and get back to her. When I realized I would be paying $1800+ on this mattress that I could get elsewhere for at least $1,000 less I decided to have them take the bed back. I called to schedule a pickup date and was told that the sales manager was busy and she would call me back soon. Several hours went by and no call (I feel like this was a tactic to have me keep the bed longer). I had to call back and tell them to schedule a pickup time. I was furious and just let it be and just said I didn't want the bed. The pickup date was scheduled for today between 4-7pm. I was happy to have this over with....6:45 comes on new years eve and I'm getting the feeling they weren't coming. I call and no answer. I let the phone ring off the hook twice until it hung up on me. I am so over this store and can't wait to be done with them. I advise that you don't buy from this store. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere!! Beware!!! I'm writing a review on BBB and many other review platforms to warn people.

I was told they'd pick up some items I'm returning between 3 and 7, it's now almost 8 and nothing. Not even a phone call to say they're not coming. If this is how they operate a business I'm not impressed.
