Great Customer Service! I was helped by two associates Efrain and Sebastian and they went above and beyond. I had a screaming baby with me but I need to upgrade and they were super fast and helpful. I will definitely come back in it was the best service I have had at Sprint.

at least sprint could answer their phone when you called a store. apparently that level of service is below t-mobile. lazy company with lazy employees. quick to take your money though.
Staff are extremely helpful and tried to work through our phone problem for a few hours until they were able to come up with a solution. Best experience I've had with a phone retail store. Thank you.
