Great customer service! Worked with my girlfriend and I on payments. They are all very understanding since times are tough. Allen and his team are the best. I would give 10 stars but 5 will have to do.

The gentleman that delivered my washer and dryer was brand new and was left all alone by himself to deliver. He should have been accompanied by somebody more experienced. He was very sweet but he didn’t fully hook up our washer and dryer. He also left us with a hose to hook up on our own, said he didn’t know what it was for, then stated he was not allowed to install it for us because of company policy... I got the feeling he didn’t know how to hook it up. Not only that, but he dented the dryer when he was hooking them up, and also put 2 holes in our floor. He was in a hurry to leave and did not give me a chance to ask questions or fill out the survey. The washer stopped working the VERY NEXT DAY. I immediately called Aaron’s and told them about the dents, holes, and the washer not working. When I told them I wanted to return them, the lady I spoke to completely disregarded everything I said and told me she would send somebody out. That is not what I wanted at all. When another delivery member (clearly more experienced) came out to pick up the washer and dryer i ordered, he told us the washer and dryer weren’t hooked up correctly AT ALL. I still have not received any sort of compensation for my floors. I also found the SAME EXACT washer and dryer at Lowe’s and Home Depot for $1200 cheaper. Financing through Aaron’s is a scam. They claim to have 0% interest, but they stack on the money in place of the interest to begin with. I was extremely disappointed. Do not purchase from Aaron’s.

We have been going to Aaron's for 10 years . We have always been very happy with the service. Everything we have rented to own we have ended up owning they're always very understanding my health took a turn and we we're treated with nothing but the utmost respect by the Aaron's employees.

So I went here cause I am a Aaron's Costumer, first of all I would like to thank the Saff for dealing with me its not an easy task. Marjorie was the first employee that walk up to help me and helped me she was nice and went above and beyond..Allen the store manager is great ud83dudc4d..and so is the others who delivered my stuff and who came to look at it when it gave me problems...Noel and Dave I belive... my chair I got broke so I went in to look at something else and they have been excellent and polite about the whole thing thanks guys that is how you do coustmer service....keep up the good work...ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudcafud83dudcafud83dudcaf
