First time at this store. I walked in there were 2 girls at the desk didnt even greet me. I ended up being helped by Lawrence who im assuming was the manager. He acted totally bothered that i was even there, and was not helpful with any of the questions I had about the product i was going to buy. Needless to say that i left with nothing and will not return to this company again. Very disappointed.
Myself and 2 other family members were added as a reference on someone's account when we weren't even asked by the associate first. We are being harassed now because of a default account. We've asked multiple times to be removed. I got another call last night, called this morning and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was so rude! I've placed a call to corporate, hopefully the regional manager has better customer service and can get us removed from the account.
