There is a group of amazing sales people who are honest and knowledgeable. One of the more welcoming stores I have been in in my time spent here in Albuquerque. So many places I have gone and have received horrible customer service, yet there are a few places where they make you feel welcome. This is one of those places. If you're looking for great prices, as well as amazing looking furniture, this is a great place to visit.

I was browsing furniture with my family. I saw an employee not wearing a mask, it turned out to be the store manager. I asked him where his mask was, he said, I don't wear them, they bother me. There was several notices on the door stating masks are required. I asked one of the salesman for the corporate number, I was told, they don't have one.

Worst experience with a furniture retailer, waited almost 5 months for my couch that had a 4-8 week delivery, they told so many lies. Thought they were trying to scam us and finally asked for money back, so five months wasted and still no couch. Caused my wife and I several heated arguments, If you give them your money, I promise you will regret it. Word to the wise, get familiar with the BBB and the process, you may need to use them for a full refund...

I don’t like to post negative reviews unless they are absolutely warranted. The one star is for the few people that actually tried to help but don’t have any say in the outcome. Long story short is don’t waste your money and especially your time at this place. Poor communication and excuses is not the way to run a business. They take your money in a heartbeat and don’t bother to make sure you get the product in full. When the floor manager tells you that the owner is a scammer that should be a red flag to take your business elsewhere. To bad it was after the fact we spent a lot of money on some furniture that hasn’t been completed. Read these reviews before you think about buying from this place. I should’ve took my own advice but you live and you learn.

I WANT TO EXPRESS THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MS JOSIE AND GABRIELA BOTH WERE PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE , AND WENT TO A GREAT EFFORT AND TOOK THE EXTRA STEP IN TAKING CARE OF MY NEEDS, AND THEY BOTH HANDLED IT IN A VERY PROFFESIONAL MANNER
