The whole staff was sitting in the front. I asked one of them to clarify their moving sale, asking if the price on the tag was final. An older lady answered me, clearly annoyed by the question “yes the price is final”. I then walked a few steps away and heard her loudly MIMIC ME to her coworkers and the rest of the staff proceeded to mock me. I was asking for clarification on the price not more discounts. Even if I was asking for more discounts, it was straight up rude and maybe the WORST customer service experience I have ever had (I avoid confrontation and was blatantly mocked). I thought it was the location that smelled bad, turns out the customer service just stinks. I will be leaving a negative review at the new location as well if it’s the same employees there.
