I wanted to purchase a new sleep number pillow (had my last one for 16 years) so I called first to see if they have all the options in store and was told they do. I was helped by an incredible, kind, patient employee name Charles. He was so helpful without being pushy at all and was so honest. It was a fabulous experience and i am so excited to use my new pillow and weighted blanket. Thank you sleep number and Charles!

I was in desperate need of a set of split king sheets and couldn't find any at any of the usual stores. Someone told me to check with Sleep Number. I called before driving to the store. The gentleman that answered was so kind. Then when I showed up just to purchase sheets, he didn't seem bothered. He didn't try to sell me anything. He helped me purchase some AMAZING sheets!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!

I absolutely loved my experience at the Sleep Number store in Murray. I came in 30 minutes before closing time, luckily I already knew what I wanted and Carli was able to help me finalize everything so quickly! I told her what price range I was looking for and she helped me find the bed and accessories that were perfect for my budget! Ask for Carli, she was the best!

We are so disappointed! With over $6,000 spent on this bed they told us we had 100 days and if we didn't like we would get a full refund. Now 30 days later we have horrible back and shoulder issues and they WILL NOT REFUND even though that is their policy. We have spent 3 days on the phone getting the run around. They keep having different excuses as why its not refundable and its all baloney! WE would have never bought this if we didn't think we had our 100 trial period. BEWARE don't buy its uncomfortable and the customer service is awful.

Honestly not too happy with how this transpired, Sleep Number is not what it used to be. My parents have had a sleep number for as long as I can remember but the one I ordered doesnt even come close to a comparison. The mattress quite literally just feels like an expensive air mattress and the only fix they offered was to send me a foam pad which was previously offered to me for $300 in the store. On top of that I'm out $400 in shipping because they dont give a white glove service on a $2300 bed. Seems to me if you feel your product is that good, you shouldn't have to worry about covering the cost of return shipping since no one would send them back. Only reason I'm not rating lower was because everyone I spoke to was extremely polite
