Heads up, don’t trust what the sales people tell you when it comes to delivery. Plan on another 2-3 MONTHS on top of the estimate they give, and make sure to read fine print on your receipt. We unfortunately took their word and are now screwed for Thanksgiving cause the extra month of leeway we gave wasn’t enough (was initially supposed to be delivered mid October). And my other couch won’t make it until mid-January at the very soonest.

Everything this business does is amazing! The products are very fashionable, transitional/modern style. Everything I have purchased is high quality. After a lot of comparison I have concluded prices and quality are likely higher with CB and CB2 brands than the Pottery Barn/West Elm brands. The real win with this company is the online support. You can get anything replaced or returned with ease. In-store customer service is second to none. The associates are highly skilled and friendly. I would recommend searching for coupons for this store. You can always get at least 15% off one way or another. I recently purchased the Hurron coffee table and am very excited for the in-home delivery. I will update how that goes. This store appears to go above and beyond in measures to keep customers safe from CoVid.

Had to run in to return something I purchased online- easiest, fastest customer service and they do not give you any grief about returning something (which is hard to find these days). They also grabbed my other order from the back and were fast and efficient. Couldn't be happier!

Worst experience ever. Paid almost $7000 for sofas. They were delivered 20 weeks late and arrived damaged. However C&B won’t stand behind their product or delivery company. Rude on the phone and told me I had to accept it or I only get a 50% store credit. I’m not accepting damaged items. The arm on the sofa is broke. I ordered and paid for a new soda that was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks. Don’t buy form C&B. They don’t care about you or their product only about getting your money.
