Paige is awesome I have spent thousands there and always been treated amazingly. I could not have had a better customer experience. One time she helped my wife get the same mirror 3 times till one arrived that was not broken. We are always treated with a smile, she always remembers who we are. In fact everyone who works there is great.
If you have not been in a while to check it out, they have all new stuff for the first time in a while!!!
If you love stuff that Sparkles this place is for you. The store was nicely laid out but seem to have a bit of a stock shortage. They could use some professional store help. Most of the clerk said around the counter and talked amongst themselves. Millennials!
Worst online shopping experience to date. I purchased 3 items in APRIL and 2 arrived damaged. Customer service is absolutely horrible. They take weeks to respond via email and are impossible to reach over the phone. I’ve been waiting for over a month for the new items to arrive and was just told they’re putting in the new order NOW when they had said the items would arrive by early June! Will never shop here again. Items are cute but not worth this much hassle.
Paid $3,000 for a couch, and they won’t offer help to replace the wooden support foot that is split. This is a $5 part, and because it’s out of their warranty they won’t help. I’m willing to pay for the part. Beware, buy your furniture from a reputable company. The exact quote from the supervisor victor was, “sorry once it’s out of warranty it is your problem!”
I had a really bad experience with my purchase... I purchased a chaise lounge, i was willing to wait a number of weeks for it to get delivered, but it took longer than 3 months. Then they work with a delivery company that is really hard to get ahold of. They sent my furniture to another delivery company, and kept giving them wrong address.. I tried to cancel the order, but God forbids... they would never cancel it, even though they messed up several times in a row. Received the furniture, checked wayfair, they have the same one for 400, I paid over $1000...
