RUN! Do not buy from Casper! They are the epitome of "overpromising and under-delivering". We ordered two XL mattresses on 8/22 and were promised they would be delivered on 9/4. I realize that times are unique and agreed to this time frame. Then, the 4th came and gone with no communication from Casper. It wasn't until I reached out to them, that they told me that my shipment was delayed, but would "ship tomorrow". After 10 emails back and forth telling me that it would "ship tomorrow", I finally cancelled my refund and will be buying a mattress somewhere else. I give this company 12 months before they're out of business.
Be very cautious about deals and bundles that are going on. The sales person won’t get you the best pricing they just want to sell the most expensive stuff. As customer service over the phone is awful. Super slow and can’t get anything resolved. I will be returning my purchase.
Excellent recommendations for new pillows that turned out better than expected. Also found a great deal on affordable sheets. This store knows their stuff!
Ordered a King bed over a month ago and still have no idea when I am getting my bed. I have reached out to customer service and the store but no employees seem to care. But Casper has no issues taking my money. VERY frustrated!! I would not buy your bed here. TERRIBLE DELIVERY/COMMUNIACATION.
