I have been so impressed with this company from the very start. They have cared about every detail on my custom furniture and have been very thorough in the whole process. I bought a cheap, particle board media stand that I would have to assemble and found out that Wasatch could make the same style out of real wood at the same exact price!! When they delivered my bookshelf, I was in awe at the beauty and detail they put into it. The colors of the stain were gorgeous and the whole craftsmanship was truly stunning. They definitely exceeded my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone needing any piece of furniture. They will design it the way you want, and it will turn out better than you can imagine!

Great experience. When we were looking for our first set of family table and chairs for eating our meals, I was surprised how the only tables I saw at the big stores in town were nothing but glued saw dust. While they looked nice their durability had little potential. Don't believe me? Try shaking the table and see how much it wobbles while it's new. It will only get worse. My search was for solid wood table and chairs that would last several years. I am also tall so we wanted the taller gathering height as well. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get the set just how we wanted it. We liked our set so much that we later bought a China hutch that was on display in the showroom. We have been very happy with it as well. If you want cheap furniture go to one of the better known stores in town. If you want something you will be happy with for several years, come here.

I am an employee of this company and I have nothing but raving reviews about the company and the owner. It feels like working for family. They really care about me and are willing to accommodate my needs. I can meet with the owner and management without any protocols. They have been helping in helping me find projects that I am good at and excited to do. Like any small and upcoming business we have our struggles but we can honestly say we try to do our best. I love being an employee here.

About a year ago I picked up an unfinished TV console from this place on clearance and had them finish it for me. I looked through their samples and picked out a color, and it only took a few days for them to finish it. When I got it back the coloring was different from the sample, and I was told the samples were old so the stain had changed color. I thought this was pretty frustrating because if they knew the samples were old, why not make new ones so people know what they're purchasing? Even after this I tried ordering bookcases from them and was originally told 4-6 weeks, then it was 8 weeks, then 'it'll happen when it happens' because they had corporate orders to fill. Finally I just cancelled that order. Now I have noticed the stain on the TV stand is really starting to break down. There are multiple spots all over the piece that I'm starting to notice the stain chipping off (not like we hit it and cracked it, the stain just peeled off) on the faces of the drawers and inside the cabinets. I can see spots of orange forming, and I've heard of this happening where there's a knot in the wood but there is no knot to be seen. I can't believe this thing is only a little over a year old and it's doing this! I certainly hope they've fixed their staining issues since then. Don't think I'll return, I'll have to check out the other custom builders in the valley.
