Kevin and his crew came through for me during a difficult time and while working around unforeseeable circumstances. I respect his professionalism and ability. My chair and ottoman look fabulous.
Kevin and his team did a great job reupholstering a large sectional couch that was older but the frame was still in great condition.. He had three of the arms on the sectional changed and turned a dated sectional into two beautiful modern couches. He was easy to communicate with and always returned calls and texts making sure the design was headed in the direction I wanted and giving advice as needed. Very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely use again.
These were great people to work with since this was a custom order. We got 5 quotes from both Etsy and local shops and Blue Chair was the lowest. The product was shipped in very secure packaging at a good rate. The quality of the cushions (sewing, firmness, and look) was very high. These will be a focal point to our new kitchen for many years. Look at the pictures, the back cushions are very tight and don't shift when you slide into the booth. The base cushions are oddly shaped due to the construction of the booth and Sarah's cushions fit great (they made the seat cushions from patterns that I sent and the back cushions from a hand drawn diagram with measurements). Its always a bit concerning buying higher priced items from an online shop, but you can trust this seller to get it right. Wonderful job Sarah
One of my favorite oversized chairs had a leg break during a move! I called Blue Chair and asked if they would be able to do anything. Took it in, got it back super quick and it is working/looking better than ever! 😍 I am so impressed by their work. I will definitely be coming back in the future and referring all of my friends and family to Blue Chair!! Thanks again!
