I'm down-sizing and needed to find a place to store some items. I made a reservation online, but I had some questions. Marylin reached out to me before I even had a chance to call. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super-helpful. The location is convenient, the interior of the building is brand new, and everything is very clean. I would highly recommend.
My husband and I rented a space yesterday and the process was great. Jose was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful in getting us set up. The whole transaction was a breeze and because the facility is brand new, there are really good deals on rental fees, too. Highly recommend.
Marilyn was very patient, kind, and answered all of my questions during my unit rental. The facility was very clean, organized, and welcoming. I appreciated both Jose and Marilyn with their tips on storing my items and both were very helpful on standby in offering an alternative unit if I needed more space.
