Nice furniture selection on the floor, but I ended up ordering a different model from the catalog. Was nice to see and feel the similar piece they had on the floor though. I wasn't in a rush with delivery, so everything I ordered came in timelines that Jacob promised. Delivery was outstanding - everything was bubble wrapped. Delivery crew took all the wrapping materials and cardboard with them. Perfect assembly. Couple months after delivery I had to call Jacob with a question on the corner piece that I bought and he sent in a repair guy to address the issue. Everything is functional and all the loose screws have been properly adjusted. I felt compelled sharing my good experience with this furniture store! Highly recommend for their attention to details and excellent post-sale service!
