I originally thought I would just rent a uhaul and move myself with help of friends and family but after getting a quote found it was worth the money to have movers move me. I did pack this time. I would hire them again if I move. Both the pick up an delivery teams were on-time, professional, and very helpful. If I ever move again I would use them again.

Carlos and his team moved us from Boston, Massachusetts to Columbus, Ohio. Carlos was nice, friendly, professional, hard working, extremely experienced, and efficient. He got the job done and was so helpful the entire process. We love Carlos and if we move again, we hope we work with him. Jay, Bill, and Brett were also great to work with on the administrative side of things. Bill took inventory of our stuff in less than 30 minutes, had it completed within hours, and was super friendly. Brett got us our estimate by end of day. And Jay handled our schedule and always responded to any of our correspondence within moments. They were all a pleasure to work with and we are very happy.

Great service! Very professional and everything arrived safely after a 1500 mile move. Having never moved that distance it was a bit unnerving, but everyone we dealt with was professional and personable. Highly recommend!

I don’t want to be too hard on them, given the current situation with Covid-19. However, my delivery was more than two weeks late. The customer service reps never followed through with their promises to keep me updated. The driver who ultimately “accepted” my load (Eric) was great and kept me well informed. Bottom line, don’t give me a “deliver by” date if you actually have no idea when it’ll be delivered.
