I found the entire operation to be very clean and secure. Marylin the manager was very courteous, helpful and professional. We moved through all the initial paperwork in an efficient manner. I was in and out moving into a 10 x 5 unit in an hour altogether, including the paperwork. So far all is working well and I am impressed with the operation.nnjdc
They continue to raise your rent. When asked why, I was told to maintain the grounds. Out of the 500+ units you own, you raise rent $20 per month every year to maintain your grounds?? No thanks!! Other storage companies that are comparable with security and cleanliness are cheaper and don’t raise the rent. I rather drive a few more miles for that kind of service!!
Great storage unit and amazing customer service also
Everything is great except the elevators are very annoying and they don't give you enough time 2 get whatever your moving into the elevator out. And the voice on the elevators that tells you the doors are closing is too quick and never stops other than that it's a great place to store your stuff
Jake and his team were very accommodating. The place was spotless and very convenient.
