I was interested in purchasing a quality banana chair and had seen their product advertised on a popular web site but didn’t find a fabric color I wanted. When I discovered they have a store in the Salt Lake City I decided to stop in and see what they had. I’m from northeast Oregon and visit family in the area several times a year. I was greeted cheerfully. Due to the popularity of banana chairs there were few in stock but they were scheduled to manufacture some in the near future (2-3 weeks). I explained that we were only in the area for a week and would provide them with a shipping address. I selected the fabrics I wanted from a large volume of materials available. They then offered to move the production date up to meet my travel time. To my surprise I received a call the following day telling me that my custom chair was ready for pick up. Total cast $50 plus tax. I will be a return customer to Paisleys and have encouraged each of my family members to support them in their future furniture needs. Great customer service and excellent prices.

Working with Paisley's was INCREDIBLE! They were so easy to work with, and willing to meet our every desire. We sat through multiple appointments with Heidi and she walked us through everything making sure our couch was perfect for what we wanted. The options are limitless at Paisley's, you won't be disappointed working with them. (Also, their banana chairs are so amazing! Having two sizes, one for kids and the other for adults makes it even better. You won't regret adding those to your order!)

Love my beautiful furniture. Paisley's has top notch service. They work with you so you can get exactly what you dream of. From my first phone call I felt heard. Heidi heard that I was hesitant about any furniture because of my kids, she found me just the right fabric at just the right cost to accommodate and keep my furniture lasting and beautiful! I paid a small amount for all that I got! I am in love with my new custom furniture!!!

I absolutely love my sectional. From the beginning, all the way to the delivery-they are so easy and kind to work with. They really care about giving you the best quality work they can offer and it happened so quick. Would definitely work with them again in the future.
