The guy that helped us back in July get our furniture was great! Oscar however, not the best. We came in the store to pay off 1 loan we had and make a payment on the other. He needed to do something with our account so took the payment of another customer in the store first which is fine, it doesnt take long. He than took 2 payments over the phone before finally getting us taken care of. I've never been in a store where the people on the phone were more important than the customers in store. It took us over 30 minutes to get finished up when it should have been something that took 5 minutes. He also took another phone call and finished up with them while we were at the counter waiting to be finished up.
Marty and Lee take great care of their customers.
Great experience!!!! I got away with selling their 75” tv 2 months after I got it. If they say they are calling the cops it’s a lie. Also they called and pretended to be the police. But yeah anyways this is a great place to screw over. Cesar is so dumb.
They are always so nice and work with us great. Thank you
