I love Lowe’s. It’s the only place I shop for my home and repair needs. Recently my LG fridge died. I got one of the thousands that have faulty compressors and are part of legal action. I bought a Whirlpool from Lowe’s that was delivered but was too big. Finding fridges, especially well reviews ones during a pandemic is hard. I spent all morning on the phone and my computer scouting out another fridge but most were out of stock or months out. (My kids and I haven’t had a fridge for close to 2 months.) It was hard thinking that’s weed have a longer wait. Then I got an email from the Murray store and was told to call Judy, the appliance manager. She was nothing but amazing!! She spent time with me on the phone and helped me find the right size for my needs, etc. We went through reviews and all my concerns and she helped me find a counter depth fridge that will be delivered this weekend. Her kindness and ability to be helpful was so appreciated by me today. Life is hard enough with all that’s going on...and finding a great human at Lowe’s was such a gift. Thanks, Judy!! Lowe’s and it’s customers are lucky to have you!!

I've typically had a good experience here and previously gave a better review. Due to working with their delivery department I feel it necessary to revise my stance. I was given a Monday delivery, delayed due to them not having the item I cancelled from the order (and they did not remove). As they have it all the schedule for Tuesday instead after I call back and verify order (having to clarify and correct order again). Wait the all day delivery window on Tuesday, no delivery and no sign. I call back again on Wednesday and which was it's own saga of waiting on hold, give someone the order number, wait on hold longer, have to call back as I was transferred to a number that never picked up (in all around 20 minutes wasted). I call back AGAIN and this time talk to the assistant manager. He tells me that my order is on the truck and that he just signed it off. Great, but wait there's more. Wait all day Wednesday (8 to 8 window) and surprise! NO DELIVERY AGAIN! I have waited weeks for this and now get the run around. I will never again attempt to use there worthless delivery option.

The store is always clean and well-organized when I go there. While you can get most things online, sometimes it is nice to be able to look at something that is actually in front of you to get a better feel for it. Prices have always been competitive with other stores.
