A boy named Sam told me in a very rude and dismissive way that I couldn’t exchange an item (after informing me he had only been working here for a short time) that had broken due to its own poor construct. I, myself, have worked at Dollar Tree for over a year and had close contact with the corporate office and have never been told of this policy. Get better, more professionally customer friendly people who look to solve a problem instead of brushing them off. Disgusted with this treatment. Will not return and I hope anyone who reads this doesn’t shop there either.
I won't go there again. The parking lot was pitch black,the front of the store was very dark almost wasn't sure they were even opened. I was there to buy wrapping paper and ribbon and bow that section was so jamed full you couldn't even find what you were looking for without everything falling off the hooks. I definitely will not be going back there again.
I know where everything is so it's easy for me to get what I need and get out.
