Delivery of my refrigerator was way beyond normal service. Aaron's staff was so professional in every manor they even went beyond service by taking out my old refrigerator. Great service
Everyone there is so friendly and they don't harass you they give you a break when you cannot pay the bill on time they are very understandable they do give you that couple of the days to pay your bills not like other places I won't say the places I got my house full of furniture thanks to them beautiful furniture at that I did get a few deals off of them I took a friend there I got a deal. So I recommend anyone to go to Aaron's instead of going anywhere else thank you Aaron's for my furniture and my T.V .
Whoever the girl is that works there has the WORST attitude and phone etiquette i think I’ve ever heard. She just sounds miserable and always has a snotty attitude for every response.
Robbery!!!! horrible customer service!!! You tell them you need the payments taken out every 3rd week they say okay no problem an they take it out the third weekend an the 1stud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c an on top of it all they hang up on you after threading you they were going to come pick it up well come pick it up then.
I have a couch and love seat that reclines and I also have a chest freezer. They are the best people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
