Great experience compared to the other Verizon store I went to earlier in the same day. It was very busy. But I think I was helped in a timely manner. David was great and made sure I got the best deal on my plan and accessories to protect my phone.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Buyers beware. Do not listen to what the associates in the store say. If you buy phones through a promotion they will scam you and lie to you then give you the runaround for 3 months as to why. What a joke.nnNever received the full discount from the get go after purchasing the phones in this store. Only received a partial promotion due to someone not filling out the right paperwork (Allegedly someone who know longer works at this location). Also yes the phone was paid out in store; that is after being reassured by the associate that it would not mess up the promotion as long as we waited a month from purchase. After talking to customer service they stated there is nothing they can do because one phone was bought out. Shame on me for trusting that someone who worked here actually knew what they were talking about.

Matt is an exceptional salesperson. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He advised me of what was good for my needs, giving me several options to choose from. He was very patient, and not in a rush to push me out the door at closing time. I hope to deal with Matt again in the future!
I have not gotten a survey yet but as someone who helps run a business I wanted to take time to recognize Matt who has helped me with my watch and now new iPhone. Matt is well informed and an excellent salesman. The manager was great too. You can trust if Matt is selling it to you it’s worth buying, people are quick to share bad experiences but not give credit where it’s due. The Garden City Verizon team is top notch!
