Attention to detail is overlooked, they were told that the deceased was a veteran but did nothing to contact necessary resources for a veteran burial, on the day of the actual funeral when it was pointed out to them them that the veteran part was overlooked he brought a recording of taps out to the asphalt parking lot of thetthe funeral homephome closest toato parkwpark avesAve asuas you could safely be with the flag already raised. Mispronounced names several times, gave incorrect information about after services get together. Also, gave close family memorial hearts with the wrong date of death. In general very careless and unprofessional.
I have been to several funerals at this funeral home from friends to family. Staff if very friendly and owners are very accommodating. They even have a memorial mass at Christmas time for families that have lost their loved one that have past during that year and give a dove ornament to each family with their deceased loved ones name on it. If you do not want that commercial drive through feel for your loved one this is the place to go and celebrate tour loved ones life. Go to the big facilities and you are just a commonity, and drive through feel, this us a family home and attention feel.
Stapleton is a classic, family owned business, they make you feel very relaxed and at ease during hard times. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable & professional in the business. I had a great experience.
This home is run by a fine family and I recommend them highly.
