They were supposed to call me before they arrived they never did they couldn't find where I lived only place who has not been able to find my house, they didn't really put effort into trying on top of that I never got the money back i put onto it and now that its been over a week they have to mail it but they can't even find my location i will never do work with them extremely unsatisfied... i just moved to the city and im so unsatisfied with their customer service and their professionalism
We cannot be happier with Rent-a-center in Midvale, Utah. Bill the manager was extremely helpful and understanding with my sofa choice. He worked hard to get everything done so that we could get our new sofa in a fast and accurate manner. He even delivered that sofa himself as due to one of his employees calling out sick. Being in management I can honestly say Bill is going above and beyond in his position. Thank you Bill and Rent-a-center for a great experience. We love the couch.
