This dunkin literally never makes anything you ask for. To the point it’s actually hilarious. If you order a bagel you may get a croissant or if you order a tea you may get a coffee. About 1 in 10 times the order is correct. We always check the order before driving away and they always have to redo it. Only dunkin that’s consistently wrong, but the closest one unfortunately.
Coffee is good. It’s even better when I actually get my iced coffee filled to the top most of the time there’s a lot of extra space up top and for over 3$ a cup I think they should. The donuts I received today were barely frosted and I don’t think it was worth 8.49 at all
I gave it 4 because I always leve the place smelling like food or like I've been in the kitchen all day. Not sure what the filtration system's like. The staff have gotten way better!
This is the worst DD! They used to get my coffee just right but couple of months back they just don’t care anymore. Couple of times I’ve had to go back and get my coffee fixed because I don’t know how but coffee grinds end up in my coffee and they don’t like it when you come back they purposely take longer when you do that. They have an attitude about everything and I stopped going here for the same reason.
This location has been a staple in the area for decades for a reason. Don't let the line deter you, they bang out the bagels and beverages very quickly with minimal screw-ups.
