Worst customer service placed an online order at 7am didn’t get my coffee for 25min as I waited inside as about 10 people looking at me some talking to each other. Finally asked where they where they said machine didn’t print ticket all the others printed they had the printed copy on counter and still waiting no apologies nothing as they continued talking while wait probably not going there ever again oh an not one manager said anything to me
The line may be long but their coffee is on point!! Super nice ladies too
Friendly staff here. They have a drive thru or you can walk in. I love the jelly doughnuts but they have a pretty big menu. And of course there is always plenty of coffee to go around. It wouldn't be Dunkin without coffee.
Never consistent. 10 dif ppl make it 10 dif ways. Time to get a robot to make coffee. That way it will b the way i want it everytime.nIs it that hard to do math?
Clean and well organized for Covid-19 protocols. Fast service and friendly staff.
