I go here either on my way to or from dropping my son off to work (he does not work here). It's always hit or miss how thing will turn out. The coffee is never made properly and it's one of the specialty coffees. I've order other coffees that I give exact what I want and still they mess it up. Anything other then donuts is burn and taste like they've never cleaned their cooking equipment. Unfortunately this is the one on my way. But today the guy was rude when I asked for my coffee and the lady at the window was miserable. I understand people have off days but your job is customer service.
Every single time I go there, my coffee is absolutely awful. Got a hot latte one day and it was ice cold—- almost as if they gave me one that someone didn’t want. Today I got one and it tastes like regular hot brewed coffee using old used grounds. Very unfortunate that they can never get it right.
Quick service. Coffee was made exactly as order.
Unfortunately dunkin is dunkin for food coffee. Just this particular one has a server who never wears her mask while preparing food and handles money and cc with the same gloves for numerous customers
