Great customer service. I come here pretty much every day and it’s always fast and my coffee is always great! The workers are friendly and helpful whenever I want to add something to my order, or want something made differently. Two employees were very kind and outgoing when I came through I few weeks ago. After talking to them for a little I found out they were brothers working together! They were great and very friendly to talk to!

Ok so not every DD is of top notch quality, service, or consistency. However this branch is not 1 of them, been in area for about 6 weeks. They have been in area of 30 for 30 I'm yet to get a coffee that wasn't the same everytime. Now on Saturday (01/17/2021 morning approximately 5:15 am which was 45 minutes prior to them even opening. I placed a online order thru app. The app took order and charged me i approached the drive thru and was informed they didn't open till 6am. Low and behold the women working saw the problem and made my coffee as soon as it was done perking although she had no obligation to do so that's what i call excellent customer service. She deserves something for her efforts to stave off a angry customer due to poor app function.. Thank you to whom ever you were great service.

I don't usually write bad reviews, I just won't write anything at all but this dunkin deserves it. This isn't coming off one bad experience but many. My wife refuses to come to this dunkin because she feels the go out of their way to mess orders up. Every time and I'm not exaggerating every time they mess something up and if you go there towards the end of the day they give you either decaffeinated or burnt coffee. Like they don't want to be bothered to put on a fresh pot at the end of the day. So this morning I'm crunched for time I stop at the drive threw order a chicken sandwich on an everything and med ice. Kid at the window ask did you order an egg and cheese on a plain, I said no I ordered a chicken on an everything no bacon. He says ok hands me a bag and my coffee,I take off grab my sandwich out of the bag and its an egg n cheese on a plain begal. Like I just told this kid I didn't order this and he's like eff it im not gonna bother making what this guy wants. So I turn around go to go inside to exchange my sandwich and of course the dinning room is close, drive threw only. The line is around the building. I don't have time to wait. So now I'm stuck with something I don't want and yet again another issue with this dunkin. If you have time go somewhere else.

Stop by here every once in a while when I’m in the area or when I’m heading out fishing on a Sunday morning. Always have fast drive thru times and they always make my bagel and coffee correctly! One employee, I believe his name tag said Nate or Nathaniel always serves me with a smile and is fast with making my coffee and food early in the morning. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends/family!

Ordered an iced vanilla chai and a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream. When we got to the window they went to hand us the chocolate without whip cream and I asked them to add it. The lady proceeded to tell us in a sassy tone that if we want whip cream we need to order it with the drink and when we said that we did she was rude about it. The vanilla chai that I ordered was not a vanilla chai. It was literally just milk with some ice and a tiny bit of chai powder on the lid. There was no flavor and the drink was clearly not made properly. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this Dunkin but it is certainly the last. I will not be going back again.
